Terms & Conditions
Welcome, mortal soul. By entering your details and attending Final Judgement Day (the “Event”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Read them carefully, for they may decide your fate.
1. The Organizers
The Event is summoned by the Final Judgement Day Planning Committee (the “Organizers”).
2. Eligibility for Entry
Only invited guests who have completed the registration form shall be admitted to the gates. By registering, you confirm that you are of legal age (18+) to participate in this gathering of spirits.
3. Conduct in the Afterlife
The Event embraces themes of judgement, heaven, hell, and the playful boundaries between them. However, it is essential that all attendees: Treat others with respect, before and after the event, regardless of costume or role. Understand that costumes or themes of a sexual or “naughty” nature do not imply consent to any behavior, comments, or attitudes beyond the spirit of the party and its theme (crazy we'd have to say this lol).
Remember that the Planning Committee and guests are not to be subjected to harassment, unwanted advances, or lingering hauntings. Failure to respect these rules may result in immediate banishment (removal from the Event).
4. Interactive Digital Activities
The Organizers may conjure digital elements such as RSVP confirmations, polls, games, reminders, or on-site tech interactions. These activities are for entertainment and community engagement only. Features may be introduced or altered at the Organizer’s discretion.
5. Liability of the Organizers
The Organizers summon this event in good faith. Attendance is at your own risk. The Organizers accept no liability for lost souls (personal items), bodily possessions (costumes, phones, accessories), or for acts of divine or infernal intervention.
6. Photography & Media
By attending, you grant permission for the Organizers to capture photos or videos during the Event for memory-keeping and potential future hauntings (i.e. sharing within the guest group). If you prefer not to appear, please notify the Organizers before entering the gates.
7. Previous Lives
It should be noted that the Organizers once hosted “Jaz’s Dirty Thirty.” While this party flirted with playful debauchery, those ghosts remain in the past. Nothing from that theme should be interpreted as consent or an invitation to indulge in predatory behavior at Final Judgement Day.
Privacy Policy
The Final Judgement Day Planning Committee values your soul (and your data). This Privacy Policy explains how your information will be handled.
1. What We Collect
When you register for the Event, we may collect:
- Name and contact information (email, phone, WhatsApp).
- RSVP details and costume choices (if submitted).
- Participation in digital activities (polls, games, etc.).
2. How We Use Your Data
Your data will be used exclusively to:
- Manage attendance and communicate Event updates.
- Send calendar invites and reminders.
- Conduct interactive digital activities before, during, or after the Event.
- Share important updates (such as last-minute location changes or survival tips).
3. Communication
By registering, you agree to receive Event-related communications via email, SMS, or WhatsApp. Message frequency may vary. You may opt out at any time by replying "STOP" (though this may doom you to miss crucial afterlife instructions).
4. Data Retention
Your data will only be kept as long as necessary for the Event. After Final Judgement has passed, your data will be banished to the void.
5. Data Sharing
Your data shall never be sold to third parties. It may only be shared with Event partners or tools necessary for Event organization (Sidekick.pe, anagramcreates).
6. Your Rights
As a resident of the EU (and the mortal plane), you retain rights under GDPR, including the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your data.
